Description

This catalogue contains description and basic technical data of totally enclosed three-phase squirrel-cage induction motors Series 6SM. Series consists in 16 shaft heights: from 56 till 355 mm.

Asynchronous three phase electric motors are manufactured as single-speed and change-pole motors (on special request motors could also be made with more rotation speed).

The order of power series for single speed motors is in accordance with DIN 42673.

Electric motors are intended for use in variuos applications and their basic characteristics are as follows:

• new European voltage 400 V.±10%
• high level of economic characteristics
• high efficiency and high power factor cos φ
• high level of ecological characterisstics, low noise level, lot beneath the allowable values, according to IEC 34-9 Reccomendations, DIN-VDE-0530 regulations respectively
• the most modern design in Europe
• adaptability to various requirements of electromotor drivers-voltage, frequency, form, mechanical protection
• insulation system Class F - temperature rise in class B
• safety in operation
• simple mainteinance
